S&K Building Services is expanding across the nation and seeking a Ground Level Window Cleaning Technician. As a Ground Level Technician, you'll support our client base from the ground up. We offer opportunities for advancement, training, and promotion from within.

What You'll Do

• Clean windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive tools
• Communicate with site contacts before, during, and after work; obtain customer approval
• Transport and set up water-fed poles for cleaning multi-story windows; breakdown equipment afterward
• Clean up after each job, ensuring no residue remains
• Maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean, stocked, and in good condition
• Attend weekly safety meetings

Who You Are

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to work and job sites
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders from 5ft to 40ft (safety training provided)
• Work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
