Job summary

Shine is seeking a Window Cleaning Technician for an entry-level role. You’ll travel to homes or businesses in Shine vehicles, perform customer-specific window cleaning tasks, and learn a trade with paid training.

No experience needed; the team provides all equipment and attire. Starting pay is $19–$23 per hour with potential commissions and bonuses; great team culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team each day to plan the day's work.
• Drive with a teammate to customer locations and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure satisfaction on the job day.
• Return to Shine office to recap the day.

Window Cleaning Technician

This is an entry-level position! No experience is necessary!

Job Summary:

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
