Shine Window Cleaning is seeking a Window Cleaning Technician in Las Vegas. This entry-level part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate between $17-20, and no prior experience is necessary, as paid training will be provided.

Team members will receive free uniforms, and all necessary tools will be supplied. The role involves working outside and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction. A reliable means of transportation and the ability to lift a ladder are required.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with customers and fellow team members.
• Must possess a valid means of transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights without fear.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the customer job site with the team to discuss daily tasks.
• Drive to customer homes or businesses to perform services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the job.
• Conclude the day with a team recap of the work completed.

Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet at the customers jobsite with the rest of the team to understand the job’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in your vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day with a huddle to recap the job.
