Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Window Cleaning Technician for an entry-level role with no experience required. The position offers hourly pay between $16 and $23, with potential commissions and bonuses, paid training, and all equipment provided.

You will meet with the team daily, travel to customers’ homes or businesses in Shine vehicles, perform services tailored to each customer’s needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Drive Shine vehicle with a teammate and perform services for each customer.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Return to the Shine office at day’s end to recap.
