If you have previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work, along with the ability to work at heights and use ladders or scaffolding, we encourage you to apply. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Training can be provided for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities include:

· Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors in commercial buildings - Use specialized tools and equipment to reach and clean windows at various heights - Remove dirt, dust, and grime from windows using cleaning solutions and pressure washing.

· Ensure that windows are streak-free and spotless.

· Clean window frames and sills (as needed).

· Follow safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment while working at various heights.

· Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns or requests.

· Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required. (Training is provided).

· Ability to work at heights and comfortable with using ladders or scaffolding. Attention to detail and ability to achieve a high level of cleanliness.

· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment (if necessary).

· Strong communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs.

· Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

Requirements include:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid and current Driver’s License with a clean driving license.

Forklift or Scaffolding Certificate (preferred)

Experience with power washing, commercial cleaning, or detailing (preferred).

Experience with power tools and/or hand tools (required).

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Willingness to travel and stay overnight if needed
