Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring 1–2 window cleaners in the Birmingham metro area (Pelham, AL). No experience required—we’ll train you. We clean windows for homes and small businesses, and most work is done from the ground.

You’ll drive to job sites in a company vehicle, chat with customers, and leave everything spotless. Schedule is Mon–Fri, roughly 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, with no nights or weekends. Training pays $16/hour for about two weeks; after training pay rises to $18–22/hour, with top earners

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Occasional ladder work may be needed.
• Able to lift about 50 lbs and be on your feet all day.
• Show up on time, every day.
• 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows, screens, and tracks at homes and small commercial buildings.
• Most work is from the ground; ladders training provided when needed.
• Drive to job sites in a company vehicle.
• Talk with customers, walk them through the work, and leave the property clean.
