Job summary

Finicky Window Cleaning, Inc is hiring a Window Cleaning Team Leader to manage residential and multilevel window cleaning, including pressure cleaning and customer service along the beautiful coast. Training is provided; advancement opportunities exist as pay increases with performance.

Office based in Dunedin, serving Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties. Growth: promote from within; Engagement: regular outings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of previous management experience preferred.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing daily operations.
• Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.
• Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and multilevel window cleaning operations and related duties (pressure cleaning and customer service).
• Supervise staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Make decisions and drive operational improvements on site.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison with clients.

Field Operations Leader Requirements:

Previous management experience required (minimum 3 years preferred).

Proven experience supervising staff and managing daily operations.

Transportation: Reliable with a valid driver’s license.

Drug Test: Must pass (we are a drug-free workplace).

Pay & Benefits:

$25-$28/hr with regular performance-based increases.

Schedule: No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours during busy seasons.
