The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, possesses reliable transportation, and is comfortable lifting ladders up to 40 pounds. A willingness to work outdoors and in a leadership capacity is essential. We offer competitive pay starting between $20 and $25 per hour with additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the customer’s job site with the team to understand the job’s game plan.
• Drive to customers’ homes or businesses and perform our services tailored to that customer’s needs.
• Call upcoming customers on your way to alert them you’re on the way.
• Meet customers face-to-face before the crew begins work to ensure we’re meeting their expectations.
• Conduct a post-job inspection and review the work with the customer for satisfaction.
• Accept and process the customer’s payment through mobile payment technology.
