Job summary
Pine Tar Industries, LLC is hiring Window Cleaning Technicians to join our professional cleaning team. We provide commercial and residential window cleaning (no high-rise buildings), pressure washing, and soft washing. Paid training offered with a Monday–Friday schedule and room for growth.
Base pay starts at $17.75/hour plus bonus and commission, with full-time medical insurance for eligible employees. We offer free uniforms, a company car, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- No experience required; paid training provided.
- Must have a valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial and exterior cleaning with some residential work.
- Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safely.
- Complete assignments efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in clean, working order.
- Follow safety procedures and on-site expectations.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Identify potential on-site sales opportunities.
