Fish Window Cleaning dba (Pine Tar Industries, LLC) is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician I in San Diego. No experience required; paid training. Benefits include medical insurance for full-time staff and a starting base pay of $17.75/hour plus bonus and commissions.

Typical Monday–Friday schedule from 7 a.m. until completed, with opportunities for advancement. We offer a consistent work pattern, daily hours, and room for growth, plus a company car and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Valid California drivers license.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial cleaning and exterior cleaning services (some residential).
• Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safely.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and job-site expectations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities on-site.

Window Cleaning Technician I

Fish Window Cleaning dba (Pine Tar Industries, LLC) is hiring dependable and motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional commercial and residential window cleaning (no high-rise buildings), pressure washing, and soft washing. No experience required. Paid training.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent work, consistent pay with performance-based earnings opportunities, a Monday through Friday schedule, and room for growth. We work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until complete.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay is starting at $17.75/hour plus bonus & commission

Requirements
