Pine Tar Industries, LLC (dba Fish Window Cleaning) is hiring dependable Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in San Diego. We provide professional commercial and residential window cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing with no high-rise work. Training is paid, and there is room for growth.

We offer a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 a.m. until completion, with performance-based earning opportunities and a company car for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license.
• Clean driving record and meet company vehicle's insurance requirements.
• Reliable personable vehicle.
• Current automobile insurance meeting California minimum requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying San Diego weather conditions.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Professional attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial cleaning and exterior cleaning services with some residential.
• Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safely.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in clean working condition.
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site expectations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities while on-site.

We provide professional commercial and residential window cleaning (no high-rise buildings), pressure washing, and soft washing. No experience required. Paid training.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay is starting at $17.75/hour plus bonus & commission
• Paid training
• Medical insurance (for full time employees)
