Job Summary

• Meet with the team each morning to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive a Shine vehicle to various customers’ homes or businesses, typically with another team member, to perform services specific to the customer's needs.
• Call upcoming customers en route to alert them that you are on the way.
• Meet customers face‑to‑face before the crew begins work to ensure expectations are met.
• Suggest additional services during inspection when appropriate.
• Complete a post‑job inspection and review the work with the customer to confirm satisfaction.
• Accept and process the customer's payment through mobile payment technology to complete the job.
• Return to the Shine office at the end of the day to recap, ensuring the vehicle is clean and ready for the next day.
