Responsibilities

• Meet with the team each morning to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive Shine vehicles to various customers' locations.
• Call customers ahead of your arrival.
• Meet customers face-to-face to ensure satisfaction.
• Suggest additional services to customers upon inspection.
• Complete post-job inspections and process payments.
