Job Duties:

• Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings
• Clean interior and exterior glass
• Work on ladders up to 32 feet
• Operate a power washer
• Remove dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive cleaning solution, water, and squeegee blades
• Determine whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted and adapt cleaning techniques accordingly
• Dry around the edges of the glass with microfiber cloths
• Remove excess water from window sills
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order
• Operate aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment for high-rise windows
• Keep the company vehicle stocked with supplies
• Clean up after each job to leave no residue or dirt

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A clean driving record
• Comfort with climbing ladders
• Ability to carry equipment up to 50 lbs
