Basic Qualifications For Entry Level Low Rise Window Cleaner

• Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
• Must pass background and drug tests
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees
• Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet
• Clean appearance
• Self-motivated, coachable

Responsibilities and Duties

• Quality orientation
• Exterior window cleaning using long poles, ladders, and water-fed poles
• Interior window cleaning, including relites, and high dusting using proper equipment
• Pressure washing
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Preferred (but Not Required) Skills

• Window cleaning experience
• Lift operator certification/experience
• No fear of heights

Hours

Approx. 6:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday and most Saturdays.

Compensation

• Starting earning potential of up to $500-600 per week during training, depending on experience and qualifications.
• After training, qualified technicians are compensated hourly plus piece work bonuses, with earning potential of $800+ per week.
