Job summary

Too Clean Building Services INC in Minnesota is seeking a commercial High-Rise Window Cleaner to join our team. You will maintain clean and orderly windows at commercial sites using water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and rope access based on experience.

This full-time role offers paid training, a $1000 bonus after 3 months, and opportunities for growth within the company. Expect 35–45 hours per week with overtime and a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to work early mornings and occasional weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Prior window cleaning or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows, frames, and sills at commercial sites.
• Operate cleaning equipment (squeegees, poles, lifts, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and use fall protection equipment when required.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team in varying weather conditions.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. $1000 Bonus after 3 months of working full time. Experienced window washer using various methods, including water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and rope access (depending on experience and certification).
