We are seeking a commercial High- Rise Window Cleaner to join our team at Too Clean Building Services INC est. 2008 You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. $1000 Bonus after 3 months of working full time Experienced window washer using various methods, including water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and rope access (depending on experience and certification). Responsibilities:

Clean windows, frames, and sills at commercial sites

Operate cleaning equipment (squeegees, poles, lifts, etc.) safely and efficiently

Follow safety protocols and use fall protection equipment when required

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Maintain tools and equipment

Work independently and as part of a team in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Comfortable working at heights

Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

Willingness to work early mornings and occasional weekends

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Prior window cleaning or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate

Nice to Have:

OSHA certification or rope access training (SPRAT/IRATA)

Lift certification (Boom/Scissor Lift)

Experience in high-rise or pressure washing
