Job summary

Too Clean Building Services INC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a commercial high-rise window cleaner to join our team, performing window cleaning on exterior façades.

You will use water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and rope access as needed, while maintaining safety with fall protection and professional communication with clients.

The position is full-time, in-person with 8-hour shifts and occasional overtime; benefits include paid time off and a $1000 sign-on bonus for re-signing.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work early mornings and occasional weekends.
• Prior window cleaning or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training available.

We are seeking a commercial High- Rise Window Cleaner to join our team at Too Clean Building Services INC est. 2008

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

$1000 Bonus if re-sign for the next season of working full time Experienced window washer

using various methods, including water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and rope access (depending on experience and certification).

Responsibilities:

• Clean windows, frames, and sills at commercial sites
• Operate cleaning equipment (squeegees, poles, lifts, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and use fall protection equipment when required
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Work independently and as part of a team in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working at heights
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to work early mornings and occasional weekends
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Prior window cleaning or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate

Nice to Have:

• OSHA certification or rope access training (SPRAT/IRATA)
• Lift certification (Boom/Scissor Lift)
• Experience in high-rise or pressure washing
