Window Genie of Jacksonville Beaches is seeking dependable individuals to join our exterior cleaning field team. The role involves cleaning windows, pressure washing homes, installing window film or holiday lighting, and meeting homeowners across Jacksonville.

Starting as a Technician Trainee, you’ll learn on the job with training and earn weekly pay. Advancement is based on skill, reliability, leadership, and customer service in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift and carry ladders and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work legally in the United States and outdoors in Florida weather.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and perform pressure washing at residential properties.
• Install window film or lighting as needed.
• Meet homeowners and transform properties across Jacksonville.
• Organize equipment, restock the truck, and prep for the next day.
