Job summary

Window Genie of Jacksonville Beaches is seeking dependable people to join our exterior cleaning field team. You'll perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window film installation, and holiday lighting across Jacksonville.

Compensation is paid bi-weekly with Technician Trainee starting around $700/week, Certified Technician at $800/week, Lead Technician at $900/week, and Crew Leader from $1,000 to $1,100+ per week.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Able to work legally in the United States
• Ability to lift and carry ladders and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Comfortable working on ladders after training
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior home services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window film installation.
• Protect customer landscaping, vehicles, furniture, and other property throughout every job.
• Assist with equipment setup, truck restocking, and daily prep.
• Represent Window Genie professionally in appearance and communication.
• Accept coaching and apply feedback immediately.
