Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Able to work legally in the United States.
• Ability to lift and carry ladders and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.
• Able to work on ladders after training.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and perform window cleaning.
• Pressure wash homes and exterior surfaces.
• Install window film or lighting.
• Meet homeowners and transform properties.
• Prepare equipment and restock the truck for next day.
• Work with crew to meet Window Genie quality standards.
