Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated installer/service technician for a full-time, year-round role. You will perform window and door service, troubleshoot issues on-site, replace defective parts, and support customers with warranty issues.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb a ladder. A company vehicle, benefits, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience installing or working with windows and doors.
• Knowledge of custom window and door installation.
• Experience with using a metal brake and caulking.
• Familiarity with minor trim work around windows and patio doors both inside and out.
• Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb a ladder unassisted.
