Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Menomonie, WI is seeking an assembly‑line team member to operate pneumatic nailers, frame nailers and glazing equipment; you’ll lift, align and secure window components, assist with glass handling, and keep production flowing.

The role requires basic math, English communication, and ability to stand long hours; heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, multitasking at several stations, and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, HSED, or GED preferred.
• 2-3 years work experience, manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements relevant to production.

Responsibilities

• Operate pneumatic nailers and staplers to fasten window components.
• Assemble wooden window frames with frame nailers.
• Lift, secure, and fasten sash into frames; position glass lights and glazing bead around perimeter.
• Move units to carton and transport to pick-up area; participate in multiple work stations.
• Record inventory transactions and maintain housekeeping; communicate with team lead.
