Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is hiring a Window Assembler in Wisconsin to perform mechanical assembly of windows according to specifications and blueprints. You will operate shaping, routing, sanding and gluing equipment, and use general hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

Responsibilities include packaging finished products, maintaining quality, reporting issues promptly, and adhering to safety policies while keeping the workspace orderly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with industrial equipment preferred.
• Experience with mechanical assembly is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as shapers, routers, sanders, gluing equipment, and general hand and power tools.
• Assemble windows according to specifications and blueprints.
• Pack finished product and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Report to management any mechanical or production issues immediately.
• Follow all safety policies and protocols while performing duties.
• Maintain order and tidiness in the work area.
• Perform other functions as needed and assigned.
