Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation in Lexington, TN is seeking motivated production staff to operate equipment and assemble winding components for electric motors. High school diploma or GED required; no independent judgment; reports to supervisor.

Starting wages include Skilled Labor at $24.92/hr with a sign-on bonus; Production at $21.20/hr. Shifts are 1st 7:00am–3:30pm, 2nd 3:30pm–10:30pm, 3rd 10:30pm–7:00am. Benefits begin Day 1; 9% 401k; paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and follow work orders.
• Ability to perform basic tasks with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and performs tasks to complete windings and winding components.
• Ensures proper material, assembly techniques and tolerances are met.
• Makes general decisions as to quality of products and adjustments.
• Observes good safety practices.
• Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.
