Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and follow written BOMs.
• Must have the ability to plan and perform a sequence of operations where standard operational methods are available.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and performs tasks to windings and winding components in electrical motors.
• Sets up equipment to proper specifications using correct tooling.
• Makes general decisions as to quality of product and adjusts as necessary.
• Ensures proper materials, assembly techniques, and tolerances are met.
• Exercises good housekeeping in work area and follows safety practices.
• Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.
