Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation in the United States is seeking a Windings Operator to insert form wound and random wound coils and to read diagrams, using torches to braze connections per specifications. Qualifications

Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:
Operator will be required to insert a variety of windings random and form coils, read diagrams and utilize torches to braze connections on a variety of different windings, for taping insulation on form wound coils per specifications. This position requires extreme attention to details and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. Employee will be responsible for producing high quality parts for the next internal customer in the chain.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Insert form wound and random wound coils
  • Connect random wound and form wound windings
  • Tape appropriate insulation on windings per specifications
  • Comply with company quality and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES/TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

QUALIFICATIONS:
