Job summary

You will monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues, while adhering to safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work any shift.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus; able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; PPE worn as required.
• Able to operate in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run winding machines to meet production specs.
• Track machine performance, identify issues, and inspect finished products.
• Perform routine upkeep, replace worn components, and escalate complex problems.
• Follow safety procedures, record production data, and support continuous improvement.
