Single-site, onsite role in the United States; requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience. Willing to work any shift, strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year of manufacturing experience or relevant vocational/technical training.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work any assigned shift.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus; able to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks; lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; operate machinery for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run winding machines (set parameters, load materials, adjust CNC settings) to meet production specs.
• Track machine performance, identify issues, and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
• Perform routine upkeep, replace worn components, and resolve common machine issues while escalating complex problems.
• Follow safety procedures, record production data, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams.
