Responsibilities

• Review job orders to determine equipment and materials (mandrel size, belt selection, paper width).
• Set up and operate winding machines, adjusting angles, tension, and spacing for quality production.
• Prepare glue pots, apply adhesives properly, and splice paper as needed for continuous operation.
• Verify outer diameter and core thickness hourly; document measurements accurately.
• Operate tube saws; adjust blades for proper diameter/length and perform quality checks during operation.

As a Winder Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. Pay Range: $23

Shift: 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday (Train on 1st)

What's the Job?

• Review job orders to determine appropriate equipment and materials, including mandrel size, belt selection, and paper width requirements.
