Qualifications

• 16–18 years of experience in PLM and large-scale programs.
• Deep Windchill PLM solution architecture expertise.
• Define roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and analyze requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
• Lead governance, data models, workflows and lifecycle states.

• 16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs.
• Define PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
• Design scalable and secure Windchill solution architectures.
• Define data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle states, and governance processes.
• Lead solution design for: Product Data Management (PDM) Change Management Configuration Management Document Management BOM Management Manufacturing Process Management Architect Windchill integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and CRM platforms.
• Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Lead technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders.
• Establish PLM governance, standards, and best practices.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development.
• Mentor solution architects, technical leads
