Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Windchill Functional Consultant for a hybrid role based in Mankato, MN. You will analyze requirements, design Windchill solutions across PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink, and support adoption and training during digital transformation of PLM processes.

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Windchill PLM.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts and product data governance.

• Ability to define lifecycle states, workflows and access controls.
• Experience with UAT and training/change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Design Windchill solutions and configure modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink).
• Support adoption, training, and change management activities post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with IT for integrations and customizations.
