Job summary

Peloton Interactive in Woodinville, WA seeks a PLM Architect to design and implement Windchill PLM solutions with robust SolidWorks CAD integration. You will drive CAD data management, eBOM structures, and configuration control across Peloton’s hardware portfolio.

Lead cross-functional efforts with internal teams and contract manufacturers, ensure best practices, and manage changes through the PLM Change Control Board. Travel ~10% domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in product development with Windchill and SolidWorks.
• Expert SolidWorks CAD modeling and Windchill deployment knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, ERP/MRP/QMS integrations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the solution architect for Windchill PLM and SolidWorks integration.
• Establish best practices for SolidWorks CAD files and Windchill data fidelity.
• Lead CAD design capture, eBOM structures, and configuration management.
• Interface with internal teams and contract manufacturers for BOMs and NPI.
• Moderate the PLM Change Control Board (CCB) and communicate changes.
• Define configuration management processes across product lines.
