Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a PLM Architect to design and implement Windchill PLM solutions that integrate CAD data from SolidWorks for robust data management. You will drive requirements, configure systems, prototype concepts, and define acceptance criteria across internal and external partners.

The role requires 7+ years in product development processes with Windchill and SolidWorks, plus strong collaboration, project management, and change control skills. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing business processes for product development with Windchill and SolidWorks integration.
• Strong CAD/CAM understanding and BOM expertise for Windchill deployment.
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional partners and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the solution architect for Windchill PLM processes, focusing on SolidWorks integration.
• Define best practices for CAD file handling, data fidelity, and configuration management.
• Lead CAD design capture improvements and eBOM structures across product lines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contract manufacturers on BOMs and NPI.
• Moderate the PLM Change Control Board and align changes with project leads and partners.
• Define configuration management processes and liaison with manufacturing teams.
