Job summary

Miller Industries is seeking a Windchill Administrator to support Windchill CAD, documents, and BOM workflows while collaborating with IT and engineering teams on configurations and upgrades.

You will train users, manage system settings, lead Windchill projects across sites, and help improve processes with Creo and PLM tools. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' Windchill experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information systems, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years Windchill implementation, administration or support experience.
• 3+ years CREO implementation, administration or support experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to self-direct in fast-paced environment while completing tasks/projects.
• Well organized, detail oriented, results driven.
• Experience in heavy mobile equipment industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with application users to provide Windchill CAD, Document, Workflows and BOM support.
• Train new users on Windchill usage.
• Perform Set-States as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues with workflows.
• Review logs for issues.
• User administration (maintenance, permissions, cleanup).
• Lead Windchill projects across sites/departments and IT resources.
• Tweak existing configurations (types, rules, workflows, configurations & files).
• Collaborate with System Administrator on upgrades, deployments and config changes.
• Maintain Windchill configuration and maintenance documentation.
• Support engineering processes improvements and best practices.
