Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician II to maintain safe, reliable wind energy operations in Colorado. You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and support BOP tasks while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in wind turbine maintenance, familiarity with Maximo or similar CMMS, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This safety-sensitive role requires travel to sites and participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in wind turbine maintenance or direct troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and perform preventive maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS like Maximo and SCADA tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on wind turbines to ensure performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues using drawings and SCADA tools.
• Support Balance of Plant (BOP) operations including substations and related infrastructure.
• Execute high-voltage switching tasks and assist in substation maintenance as qualified.
• Document maintenance activities in Maximo and other systems; report asset integrity findings.
• Promote safety, mentor less experienced technicians, and participate in continuous improvement.
