Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Wind Turbine Site O&M Technician in Minnesota. The role focuses on operating and maintaining wind turbine sites, improving availability and performance while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Occasional travel (5–10%) may be required, with a local focus and a strong emphasis on documentation and teamwork. You will troubleshoot equipment, read schematics, and perform maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, using established Pearce

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years troubleshooting and/or maintenance on wind turbines.
• Knowledge of wind turbine mechanics; 2–3 years preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English to safely perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions.
• Work with site leadership to execute all contractual obligations and activities with customers daily.
• Lead and/or assist with daily site operations with minimal supervision.
• Complete and maintain required company and client documentation using service reporting tools.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely per Pearce policy and insurance requirements.
