Job summary

Aerones seeks Field Robotic Operators to join its U.S. Operations Team. This hybrid role blends professional drone inspection operations with hands-on wind turbine field technician duties, requiring travel to wind farms nationwide.

Accommodation and travel expenses are fully covered by the company. You will operate robotic systems for cleaning, inspection, and repair, perform routine turbine inspections, and handle preventative maintenance while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding field work.
• Able to travel to wind farms across the United States.
• Willing to undergo background check, drug screen and medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robotic systems for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines.
• Conduct routine turbine inspections to ensure safety and performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize energy production.
• Document work performed, report issues, and manage data uploads to company servers.
