You will document work, track task duration, and participate in continuous improvement of operational processes while following safety protocols and instructions in English.

Qualifications

• Wind technician certificate or 1 year wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Safety-conscious and committed to best practices.
• Able to work well with others and in collaborative environments.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• High school diploma and a valid driver’s license; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Highly developed problem‑solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
• Safety‑conscious and committed to best practices.
• Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments.
• Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights.
• Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
