Jobtailor is seeking a Wind Technician to join our field team in the United States. You will perform maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, ensuring safe, efficient operation and adherence to procedures.

The role requires a Wind Technician certificate or equivalent experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work well in a team. You will contribute to safety inspections, documentation, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Highly developed problem‑solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
• Safety‑conscious and committed to best practices.
• Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments.
• Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights.
• Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
