Vestas is seeking a Wind Site Technician to ensure smooth turbine operation, addressing maintenance, troubleshooting, and system issues. You will help maintain clean, reliable energy for local communities and collaborate across wind, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

The role requires safety-conscious, team-oriented individuals with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Wind Tech certification or related experience is preferred, with a comprehensive training program offered

Qualifications

• Wind Technician certificate or equivalent required.
• 1 year wind turbine experience or 2 years in mechanical/electrical fields preferred.
• Must be able to read, speak and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and improve operational processes.
• Accurately record all work activities to track duration and progress.
