Eligible candidates will have a Wind Technician certificate or related wind turbine experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Local travel and site-based work are expected in a on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Wind Technician certificate or wind turbine experience.
• 1 year in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Ability to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team.
• Follow safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and track task duration and efficiency.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
