Vestas is seeking a Wind Site Technician in Mason City, IL to maintain and repair wind turbines, ensuring reliable energy for local communities. You will work with a safety-first team, following procedures and documenting activities with precision.

Requirements include a Wind Technician certificate or wind turbine experience, plus a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. The role offers growth, training, and competitive pay in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• 6 months or more with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Demonstrated safety-conscious approach and commitment to best practices.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English and work with a team.

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
