Qualifications

• Wind Technician certificate or wind turbine experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in mechanical or electrical fields acceptable.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and continuously improve operational processes.
• Time code all work activities to support tracking of duration and efficiency.
