Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Site Manager to oversee wind farm operations and lead a team to ensure safety, reliability, and efficient performance. The role drives decision-making, problem-solving, and daily site activities to deliver clean energy to communities.

You will coordinate maintenance, manage contracts and budgets, and work at an operating wind site with travel as needed. This is a leadership role requiring strong communication and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wind farm operations or related management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Extensive maintenance knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel.
• Ability to work at an operating wind site.

• Ability to travel as needed and work at an operating wind site
