Job summary

GE Vernova Wind offers a rigorous rotational engineering program in the United States, including four 6-month rotations across Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test. You will work on technically challenging wind power projects and receive mentorship from senior technologists and managers.

The program emphasizes safety, high-quality scalable products, and global decarbonization, with opportunities to expand skills in new areas and sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aero, Controls, or Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
  • Must be able to work in the United States for an unlimited time without sponsorship.
  • Overall GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 (un-rounded)
  • Passion for wind energy and engineering; internship/co-op/research in design or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Structured problem solving and learning agility are desired.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in international project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Complete four 6-month rotations across Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test.
  • Contribute to technically challenging wind power generation projects.
  • Support safety and high-quality scalable products and global decarbonization efforts.
  • Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from technologists and technical managers.
  • Rotate between sites during the program and apply skills to drive wind power innovation.
