Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead assembly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating resources and maintaining compliance with production plans.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with ERP systems like SAP, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing and a background in electrical or mechanical systems, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with wind turbine, industrial, or automotive electrical or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly teams and supervise production to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure standard work, work instructions, and quality requirements are followed and deviations are addressed.
