You will lead a maintenance-focused team, manage service contracts and budgets, and collaborate with clients to meet obligations. Requires 5+ years in wind operations, leadership, and Excel proficiency.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Position Overview

As a Site Manager, you will oversee operations at our wind farm, ensuring optimal performance. You’ll be integral in decision-making, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. You will lead a team to keep the wind farm running smoothly, ensuring the delivery of clean energy to thousands of homes. Salary & Career Growth

We offer attractive pay packages, performance bonuses, and mentorship opportunities to support your professional development. Pay will depend on experience, education, and skill set.

The salary range for this role is between $100,000 - 135,000 per year.
