Qualifications

• Wind Technician certificate (6+ months) or wind turbine experience or 2+ years in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights in varying conditions.
• Safety-focused with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work activities and track task duration and progress.
• Accurately log all work to support tracking of efficiency and outcomes.
