Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the wind industry with 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Valid driving license (NON CDL / CDL).
• Capability to lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Physical fitness to climb 300 ft and work in extreme conditions.

• Manage all duties at the wind farm.
• Direct operations for maintenance and repair of turbines.
• Oversee financial performance of the project.
• Develop site personnel and optimize performance.
